Buckethead at Center for the Arts

A masked guitar virtuoso. A catalog so massive it defies logic. And a night of music that slips between metal, funk, jazz, blues, and the beautifully bizarre.
On May 11, the enigmatic Buckethead returns to the Center for the Arts of Homer for an evening of genre-bending soundscapes and lightning-fast fretwork.
Buckethead has released over 700 studio recordings — more than almost any artist in history — including more than 650 albums in his legendary Pike Series. He’s also appeared on more than 50 albums by other artists, proving that no style is safe from his six-string sorcery. Expect everything from progressive metal and funk to bluegrass and avant-garde experiments, often within the same song.
Come witness the return of a modern musical myth — part shredder, part storyteller, part walking curiosity.
