Irene: A Ghostly Play
May 16 @ 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Get ready for a dramatic comedy with a ghostly twist! IRENE takes the stage at the Center for the Arts from May 15-17. This two-act play centers around the death of Irene, the outspoken matriarch of a Polish-American family, and the one person who can see and hear her after her passing—her favorite grandson, Sam.
In typical Irene fashion, she’s not shy about giving her family a piece of her mind. From beyond the grave, Irene attempts to settle her family’s long-standing issues so that she and her beloved husband Bill can finally rest in peace. But can a family as dysfunctional as this one find closure—or will Irene’s meddling leave them more tangled than ever?
