The Story of General Mite with former Town of Greene Historian, Peg Ross

Join Peg Ross, former Town of Greene Historian, for a dive into the history of General Mite, one of the smallest adult human beings on record at 27”. Born in Greene, NY, he toured Europe and Australia, met Queen Victoria and won the hearts of tens of thousands worldwide.
To be held at the Virgil Historical Society’s quarterly meeting on November 16 at 7pm at the Virgil Town Hall. Admission is free and open to the public.
