Mark your calendars! The City of Cortland Fire Department and Cortland Youth Bureau are hosting a Trunk-or-Treat event in historic downtown Cortland. Put on your best costumes and promenade down Court Street on October 28, from 2-4 pm, to fill your bags with loads of treats.
